Broker’s troubles
Toronto’s real estate market has continued to prosper over the past decade. It has become one of the essential assets of the middle class. We can see many issues from the media about buyers and sellers. My neighbour has recently been upset with the developer and sales agent because he found out that the construction site used to be a landfill after purchasing an off-plan house. Even with the RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) supervision, consumers are still vulnerable when faced with such problems. Is it possible to detect and avoid risks earlier? A real estate brokerage company hopes to design a system to solve this problem.
